For 15 years, our family was lucky enough to have Jonesie, Stacey's soul cat. Losing her was the worst loss, but she taught us so much about the love, trust, and companionship. While we'll never stop missing her, we like to think the Cat Distribution System has a way of knowing when a family is ready. One thing that makes us different is that you're getting a team instead of just one sitter. TJ is a full time cat sitter, and we work together to thoughtfully coordinate our schedules and care for our clients. Rather than both attending every visit, we take turns so we can support more families while still giving each cat the same level of attention. This approach allows us to balance our own family life while doing something we truly enjoy. Having two experienced caregivers means more flexibility and dependable coverage. We communicate closely with each other, follow the same standards of care.
Every visit includes the essentials like food, clean water, litter box care, and playtime, but we also pay attention to the little things. Changes in appetite, behavior, or energy the details that truly matter.
We know that leaving your cat can be stressful, so communication is key. You'll receive thoughtful updates with photos and videos so you can see how your kitty is doing and relax during your time away.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
We love learning more about every kitty’s personality. Each one is unique and it’s so interesting meeting new little souls. To earn a cat’s trust is an honor because they are more selective.
Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?
We have so many favorite cats, but honestly we've loved every reservation for different reasons. We love this sweet cat Teton she is everything. She’s long haired, blue eyed and a pure delight. We love her snuggles and she is so affectionate. We also love my 4 cat family that have the funniest dynamic. There’s Anna Belle that is more reserved and likes to be at the top of the cat tree, but at playtime it’s on. She comes to life. Her and her sister Harley are the same in that regard. Chester loves all the things. Playtime, fighting with his brother, eating everyone’s food, and all the snuggling.
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
Jonesie is our sweet girl, but she definitely prefers her momma, Stacey. She’s 15 years old and has changed Stacey's life. She’s been through through many highs and lows and Stacey has never bonded with a cat in a way like her. She’s very sassy but she loves her momma. She likes to give her hugs and perches on her shoulder. She's actually the first cat TJ ever bonded with! He previously wasn't a cat person, and for the last 9 years he's been a cat convert! He loves cuddling with her on the couch, and she greets him at the door when he gets up in the morning.We recently lost her in June and it has been gut wrenching.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?
Go with your gut. You can tell a good person by their interactions with you and their transparency. Choose a sitter that you feel that you can trust. We would love to be the trusted sitter for your kitties, but we want what's best for you and their precious soul.
What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?
At the meet and greet you can expect us to ask a series of questions about your cats routine, feeding schedule, their favorite toys, parking information, access details, and if they have any medications/supplements. Also, we will ask what time you prefer our visit to be, so that everyone has clear expectations. You will always meet both of us if we will be tag teaming drop ins, or you will meet the one providing care. We have a clear schedule for bookings, and we know who will be doing each drop in and that's communicated through the platform. Expect no surprises we have been providing pet care for years and have our schedule planned in advance. You will see tons of pictures and videos so that you know your kitty is comfortable in our loving care.
Are you usually available during holidays?
Yes we are! Our schedule is always up to date. Feel free to chat us to check availability, as well.
What is your favorite cat toy?
The long lined bird toys. The cats just love them and it’s hilarious seeing their tricks to catch it.
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
We provide them a consistent routine. We let them come to us while also trying to entice them from a distance. They will eventually get furious and let us pet them, even rolling over to show they trust us by showing their tummy. We’ve won over every anxious kitty that we’ve ever met, but we love all the casper kitties all the same. Also, we try to be quiet so we don’t startle them. You will likely catch us meowing in the videos while we try to bond with them.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.
If it doesn't feel like a purrfect fit after a Meet & Greet or during a reservation, our support team is here to help at 1-844-Meowtel (1-844-636-9835). We'll take time to understand what happened and help you consider next steps, which could include help with a new reservation.
Euless cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $26.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.
Cats are territorial animals and don't do well in new environments. The presence of other cats, dogs, and even birds in kennels or animal hotels cause an immense amount of stress. This is why Meowtel was created, so tailored in-home care is brought to you.
We recommend booking daily visits to keep your cats in their routine and help minimize feline anxiety while you're away.
Each visit typically includes: feeding, refreshing water bowls, litter box scooping, tidying up, medications, updates with photos, lots of playtime, and any special requests. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet!
