I have been caring for kitties since I was very young, including chronic illness care such as diabetes or stomatitis, as well as post-surgery care.
I’ve always loved cats because they have such distinct personalities and attitudes, and it can be a rewarding challenge to get them to warm up to you and love you. They’re sassy and funny, and making them feel comfortable and happy is my goal.
Outside of Meowtel I enjoy crocheting and hiking; I work as a software development project manager by day (remote) and love what I do!

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I've been kitty sitting for 15+ years for family, neighbors, and friends; I joined Meowtel as a sitter in June 2021.
What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
Bonding with the kitties is so much fun, and once it becomes clear they are comfortable with me it’s such a rewarding feeling!
Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?
One kitty was a recent feral rescue, and very skittish when I began caring for her. By the end of the 6-day reservation, she was so excited to see me. She would climb me and nuzzle my face and neck and purr nonstop. She loved for me to pet and love on her. Such a sweetie!
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
Yes! I have two kitties: • a gray girl named Pickles; she’s 4 years old and she’s very particular about who can be in “her space” haha! She loves to cuddle and “make biscuits” on my lap. • an orange lady named Cheese; we think she’s ~8 years old (she was a feral rescue). She is very chatty and lovey-dovey with anybody, and will follow me around to tell me about her day.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?
I would say, check the whole profile - schedule, comments, answers to all the prompts, and town/city where the sitter is located. Also, check the reviews and replies! Reach out and message the sitter with any questions or concerns, and be forthcoming with any and all quirks or warnings regarding your kitty. This way, you and sitter both are best prepared for the meet n greet, and for the reservation.
What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?
Upon initial booking, I will contact you to set up a meet n greet. During this meet n greet, we'll discuss all the important logistics: Access, location of all supplies & tools, emergency protocols; we set expectations for visits & communications, and I answer any questions or concerns you may have. If your kitty needs medications during my visits, I will also set up a separate visit before you leave, wherein I will do the visit and administer the medication(s) to ensure that they are comfortable with me and that I can successfully administer. This is very important, especially with pills or injections; as oftentimes kitties may be very anxious and resist when there is a new person giving these medications. The health and safety of your kitty is paramount, and ensuring proper medication administration is VERY important
How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?
I give your kitties space to be curious and relaxed, and if they are anxious with me I will not "force" them to interact, so as not to cause them further stress. I always strive to ensure that they feel comfortable and safe. Kitties will not be allowed into rooms you have deemed "off limits" (doors kept closed), nor will they be let outside during my visits.
Are you usually available during holidays?
Yes, with the exception of some days surrounding Christmas - but I always keep my availability up to date here on Meowtel. If you ever have any questions, please reach out!
What is your favorite cat toy?
Any toy that is on a string - whether it's a feather on a string, a ball, something crinkly... Most of my kitty clients love those!
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
I give them space to know that I am not there to bother them or cause any stress. If they do not desire to be touched or be close to me, that is okay! I talk to them from a distance, in a calming tone, and sometimes I will use cat calming spray as a "room spray" if needed (I will discuss this with you during meet n greet, to determine if necessary).

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Flower Mound cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $26.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.
Cats are territorial animals and don't do well in new environments. The presence of other cats, dogs, and even birds in kennels or animal hotels cause an immense amount of stress. This is why Meowtel was created, so tailored in-home care is brought to you.
We recommend booking daily visits to keep your cats in their routine and help minimize feline anxiety while you're away.

Natalie was outstanding. She arrived consistently. She played , petted and loved on my cats. She cleaned litter boxes, changed the pads and even put out the trash for collection. Her pictures and videos gave me assurance that my babies were being well attended. My shy cat even came out to greet her and receive a pet. My cats were relaxed and happy when I returned. Natalie is a total cat whisperer!! As a veterinarian, it was really important to me to find the perfect sitter for my three Siamese. From our first meeting I knew she was the one! I loved the multiple videos with narration and a detailed account of what she did for them that she’d text me daily for the two weeks I was away!! I'm SO glad I found Natalie! She is a caring, compassionate cat sitter who genuinely loves and adores cats. I didn't feel anxious at all leaving my senior kitties at home. Natalie sent multiple videos and pictures of them after every visit along with a text message outlining that she fed them, changed their water, cleaned the litter boxes, etc. I looked forward to her texts every day. My cats loved her - I highly, highly recommend!!
