Our initial meet demonstrated an instant sense of comfort with choosing Dana as a pet sitter. Dana exhibited an immediate expertise on cat sitting. She was patient, kind, kept me informed of all visits with pictures and short blogs. My senior cats are used to traveling and having sitters check on them so they are very social and quite talkative. Dana took it in stride and said nothing but nice things. She did such a great job that she was rebooked before the initial reservation was completed.

Dana was pure professionalism from day one. She came prepared to our first session to learn as much as she could about Orion to make take care of him but also make him feel safe and comfortable with her. She gave us timely updates about his wellbeing, what did for the day and pictures of his activities. After the first meet and greet I felt he would be and good hands, and sure enough we came back to a healthy AND happy kitty. Thank you Dana.
