I have been a Licensed Veterinary Technician for 33 years and love taking care of pets! I have pet sat, house sat, medicated any meds/treatments needed, along from working at all species animal hospitals in my career, I also have worked at an all-cat practice (Board Certified). Along from all the other many care I've given to cats, I have helped foster cats from as little as tube feeding up to adults, then they get adopted. I enjoy watching them grow! I am set apart from other sitters, as I have an LVT degree and I'm a Certified Pharmacy Technician as well! I will go above and beyond! Nothing is impossible for me! :)
MY RATES INCLUDE: All the essential needs for your kitty or kitties-clean food and water bowls and litter. Cleaning and sweeping floors if your pet makes a mess, cleaning ears, eyes, brushing-removing any matted hair(if tolerated) :), sanitary trim-cleaning bum(if needed or tolerated) :), nail trims, any medications, eye drops, ear drops, ointments, oral medications, or other treatments, asthma inhalers if needed, I have a stethoscope if needed to check their heart, check their glucose if diabetic, hand feed if needed, draw blood if needed, (insulin inj, sub-q fluids, etc.) even brushing their teeth if you already do that to your pet. I will water plants, take out the trash on trash day, get mail, bring in packages. If you have me spend the night or not, I will keep your house spotless and your pet comfortable! :)
I will always send you pictures or (if you like videos, too), and send you texts about how things are going. If your kitty or kitties are nervous, we will make friends. I get on the floor at their level with them when meeting them, especially at the meet and greet, so you can see how I interact with them. I let them come up to me first-smell me, then maybe have a treat handy as well. :) I am Fear Free Certified and Cat Friendly Certified. I understand their anxiety and fear and stress especially when a new person is coming into their territorial environment. When the parents are gone, that is stress in itself. I help them get used to me slow baby steps every time that I enter the house. You will never have to worry! :)

I have been cat sitting for as long as I've been a Licensed Veterinary Technician For 33 years! I have given any and all medications and other treatments if needed and have been trained in any emergency situation.
What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
I enjoy their personality and their funny play! I love watching and interacting with them for attention they seek and love!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?
I would like for them to have experience in the animal world, such as having a Licensed Veterinary Technician degree and working in the hospital setting, trained in any medical situation, if any should occur, they could handle it. They also need to be able to administer any medication if needed and love sitting and playing with the kitties, loving care!

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Fort Worth cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $27.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.
