I'm Juliet
Cat Sitting in Fort Worth, TX
Iāve also run my own rescue for several years, giving me deep experience in understanding cat behavior, building trust, and providing compassionate care in all situations... Hi! Iām a lifelong cat lover with years of hands-on experience caring for cats of all ages, personalities, and medical needs. My passion for feline care goes far beyond pet sittingāIāve partnered with multiple animal shelters and rescue organizations to provide care for disabled, injured, hospice, and senior cats, as well as kittens needing extra attention.
Iāve also run my own rescue for several years, giving me deep experience in understanding cat behavior, building trust, and providing compassionate care in all situations. Whether itās administering medication, supporting special needs cats, or helping shy kitties feel safe, Iām confident and attentive in everything I do.
At home, all of my pets are adoptedāmany even found their way to me through my neighborhood feeding station! I also care for local stray cats, so Iām very familiar with working patiently and gently with cats who may be nervous or unsure.
I truly understand how important it is to feel at ease while youāre away from your furry family members. My goal is to make sure your cats feel safe, loved, and comfortableāand to give you peace of mind knowing theyāre in caring, experienced hands. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions! ā¤ļø

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
Iāve been cat sitting for about 6 years and have experience with a wide variety of cats and care situations. Iāve provided in-home visits multiple times a day for disabled and special-needs cats. Iām comfortable administering medication, monitoring for any changes in health or behavior, and adapting care based on each catās unique needs. In addition to pet sitting, Iāve fostered through animal shelters, including hospice cases, which has given me experience working with cats who may be in pain, shy, anxious, or even aggressive. I always let each cat set the pace and focus on building trust, making sure they feel safe, respected, and loved in whatever way theyāre most comfortable with.
What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
What I enjoy most about cat sitting is getting to experience all the different personalities cats have! From sassy calicos to timid tuxedos, every cat is unique, and I love getting to know what makes each one special. I especially enjoy learning what each cat lovesāwhether thatās playtime, quiet companionship, or just having someone nearbyāand figuring out how to help them feel comfortable and secure while their owner is away. Most of all, I simply love being around cats. Theyāve always been my favorite animals, and it truly feels like an honor to spend time caring for them and earning their trust.
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
Yes, I have two cats of my ownāAutumn and Mr. Sweetie! Autumn is 6 years old, and I rescued her from an animal shelter. She had been abandoned by her previous owners when she became pregnant. After she gave birth, all of her kittens were adopted, but she was left behind. Thatās when I brought her home, and sheās been such a beautiful, sassy, and loving addition to my life ever since. Mr. Sweetie is 1 year old, and I found him in my neighborhood. Whenever Iād go on walks with my dog, Roxy, Iād bring treats, and he started following me around each time. After months of building trust and socializing him, I officially adopted him in December. Heās now thriving indoors, best friends with my dog, and full of personalityātruly the silly little guy we never knew we were missing!

I canāt recommend Juliet enough as a cat sitter. She is one of the most compassionate and dedicated animal lovers Iāve ever met. Caring for cats isnāt just something she does itās who she is. She has hands-on experience through rescue and volunteer work, and she goes out of her way every single night to feed community cats in her neighborhood. Iāve watched her take in an injured stray, coordinate vet care, and patiently help him transition into a safe, happy indoor life. She never turns away from cats that need extra help. Juliet also has experience with special-needs and hospice cats, and she has cared for cats with complex medical conditions, including FIV+. She is calm, attentive, and incredibly responsible when it comes to administering care and monitoring health. She takes the time to understand each catās personality and needs, whether theyāre shy, energetic, elderly, or require medical support. What sets her apart most is how deeply she genuinely cares. She treats every cat as if they were her own with patience, gentleness, and love. When Juliet is caring for your cats, you can trust that they will be safe, comfortable, and truly looked after.

Fort Worth cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $25.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.
Cats are territorial animals and don't do well in new environments. The presence of other cats, dogs, and even birds in kennels or animal hotels cause an immense amount of stress. This is why Meowtel was created, so tailored in-home care is brought to you.
We recommend booking daily visits to keep your cats in their routine and help minimize feline anxiety while you're away.
Each visit typically includes: feeding, refreshing water bowls, litter box scooping, tidying up, medications, updates with photos, lots of playtime, and any special requests. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet!
