Melody was great! I appreciate her time to drop by and visit with myself and get to know my cats. She spent time with my kitties, cared for them, and sent me photos each day. It was a comfort knowing my cats were happy and receiving the needed attention while I was away.

This was my first time getting a cat sitter and Melody did a wonderful job! As promised, Melody sent daily pictures of kitty and even sent a picture of a vase kitty broke, which Melody cleaned up and made sure kitty didn't hurt himself. I will definitely be hiring Melody again....and soon!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
