When she first came over for the meet and greet, she took it at our most shy kitty's pace and let all of them get comfy with her. During that time, our shyest boy even came out of his safe spot to eat, which is pretty unheard of - so I knew we were leaving our boys in great hands! Over the days we were gone, the updates we got from Joy were so great! She kept us updated on how the boys were eating and interacting with her, and BOTH of our shyest boys had gotten comfortable enough to let her see AND pet them! That is absolutely a first in our house, and honestly, I think when possible we'll plan trips for when Joy is available to watch the boys because knowing that they are comfortable makes enjoying a trip SO much easier!"

She spent time petting him and grooming him and making sure his litter box was always clean. Pumpkin was obviously happy because he ate all his food and she sent me lots of pictures and videos where he was purring. She took out the trash and left my house as pristine as it was when I left. I definitely will use her services again."

The latest is a change to our little girl's anxiety medicine. Quindi has had to give her chews, pills, and now transdermal medicine. Quindi's flexibility with scheduling and the changes our kitties throw at her is greatly appreciated, and all of the photos and videos she sends make us so happy because we can see how much they love her and what fun they're having while we're away."
