Jill was great! Sent photos and updates during her visit and ensured my little baby was happy while I was away on vacation, was a huge weight off my shoulders, allowed me to enjoy vacation easier.

Everything went smoothly. I have a very shy cat and Jill knew exactly how to handle it and was able to make my cat feel comfortable enough to come out of hiding. She also had no problem taking care of my hamster too while she was there. I plan to use her again next time I need to leave town.
