At the very least Brandon made sure that my cats had food and water and checked on them everyday. Before I left I had filled the litter boxes with fresh litter , and left detailed post it notes on cabinet doors directing him to where food, litter, and cleaning supplies were kept(as per his request). However, the very next day he took it upon himself to put more litter in my litter robot which caused it to over torque fault due to the excessive weight. We had issues with it the rest of our trip. He also emptied the litter in the litter robot but did not change the bag out. I'm fact, when I arrived back home it appeared that he hadn't changed out the litter bags (except once)on either of my automatic litter boxes the entire week and a half I was gone as there was no evidence of used litter bags in my trash bin. I know he changed one because he left it sitting next to my front door in my hallway (despite the fact that I had showed him where to take the trash out in the garage). I also came home to a used litter scoop sitting on my floor, and caked on litter and cat poop next to my litter robot. I had to scrub it to get it to come up. The water bowl in the master bath was dirty so I'm not sure if this was ever refilled. Despite the post it notes with detailed info, the car food was not put back in it's proper place (nor was the litter scoop or the litter trash). I did not have a problem with Brandon until I came home to the mess that I did. Brandon had my cell number and could have called with any questions or concerns that he had, so for me to come home to what I did was completely unacceptable.

Another great cat sitting session for Odie! We left for seven days to Florida and Brandon was amazing! He is very communicative and shares lots of photos and videos of our fuzzy kitty while we were away. Brandon’s also let us k is when he had issues with out front door and worked with us on managing that. Will definitely use Brandon in the future!

Another great time of our fuzzy Odie with Brandon! He always goes the extra mile with him as he has learned that Odie is super social. He makes sure to play with him a bunch and give him all the love he can. We even had a flight delay and Brandon was able to stop by and check on Odie for us.

Brandon is an amazing pet sitter! I so appreciated his level of communication when it came to taking care of Odie. Especially when we had an issue with our feeder and Brandon worked with me to see if the issue could be fixed. Odie loved him and played with Brandon a ton. If you want a great communicator and a person that really loves cats, Brandon is your petsitter!

Deapite specific directions around letting my shy cat come to him, Brandon made the decision to go throw the covers off of my poor cat as he was hiding under the blanket scared only terrifying him more. He made sure my cat had food, water, and a clean box, but didn’t follow those directions provided during the meet and greet either and refilled secondary sets of bowls that I asked not to be refilled.

Brandon was the best. We were thousands of miles away and enjoyed his updates on each visit. He went above and beyond feeding the outside cats. We will definitely use him again. This was the simplest and best care we have ever had. Thanks Brandon for the superior service, it was greatly appreciated.
