Hello! I have three cats, Klondike, Wyrm and Boxen. I love my cats (and every other cat I've ever met) they are certainly beyond just pets to me, they're my companions and friends, they just speak a different language. I do everything I can for them, from typical care like feeding and watering, to regular vet visits and sometimes a hefty payment to make sure they are safe and able to heal from whatever kind of shenanigans they get themselves into. I've had Klondike the longest, about 3 years now, Boxen and Wyrm were both rescued about 3 months apart from each other. Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and
receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the
reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers
will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their
planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the
start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within
24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their
planned earnings.
