"Kara did such a great job with our very shy Miss Honey! This was the first time we have left her for a 2 week vacation and we were nervous because Honey really doesn’t “do” strangers. Kara sent daily pics and summary that eased our minds but what really made the impression? When we got home last night, and Honey knew it was us, she came right out of hiding. She meowed at us constantly and walked back and forth on the couch between us for pets and snuggles. She wasn’t mad at us, because she was so well cared for, she was just happy to see us. Thank you Kara for being so kind to our weird furry girl. Confirming she was eating and drinking helped ease our minds and allowed us to enjoy our vacation."

"Alexa went so above and beyond for my babies. By the third day that she was pet sitting for us, my old boy she noticed had not peed. She first respected my hesitation to take him to the emergency vet, but when I called back an hour later changing my mind as the situation settled on me, she was still more than happy to make the trip back to take him. She spent days taking my boy between vets and giving constant updates about the situation since I was unable to come back. I'm pretty sure that she saved my boys life by recognizing the problem and gently pushing me to take the right course of action. My two girls were also completely fine and happy on top of everything happening with my boy. I can't recommend her enough, Alexa will care for your babies like they are her own."

Cynthia was very communicative and always responsive to our messages. We reviewed some health issues to keep an eye out for on one of our cats during the pre-visit and throughout the stay Cynthia was great at keeping us posted on how the cats were doing and always included photos. We felt at ease with her staying with our cats and could tell they would get more comfortable as each day passed. Before I left, she took the time to come by for a meet & greet so she could meet my cats and get familiar with their routines. She even went the extra mile and downloaded WhatsApp so we could stay in touch while I was abroad, which was so appreciated! Shelley was reliable and consistent with every scheduled visit. She always showed up as planned and spent quality time with my babies - not just feeding them and leaving - but sitting on the floor with them, interacting with them, playing with them, and building a friendship with them. It was clear that she genuinely cared about their well-being and happiness! One of the things I appreciated most was the regular updates she provided. Every visit included pictures and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was so far from home. Seeing my sweet babies happy, comfortable, and well cared for made it much easier to enjoy my trip knowing they were in such good hands. Shelley is incredibly kind, thoughtful, dependable, and clearly loves animals.
