Heather was phenomenal! She always takes great care of our two fluffy babies, she went above this time. Our one cat was sick while we were away and Heather ensured she got her meds and cleaned up messes made by our sick cat. Heather even provided helpful tips on how to make our sick baby feel better. They worked!

This was our first time using Meowtel and I was a little nervous but Heather did such a good job with our four cats! She sent pictures of them daily, brought them a toy to play with, kept their water fountains full and their litter robot clean. I would not hesitate to have her care for our cats again.

This was our first time using Meowtel and to be honest I was nervous about leaving CC and Fancey with a "stranger" in our home. Heather put our fears at ease at the meet and greet. She not only took great care of our cats but she was observant in her surroundings and noticed that my husband had left his truck window down and it was raining. She put his window up and wiped up the water. That won bonus points with my husband. CC and Fancey were spoiled by Heather and her toys she brought to share with them. We will definitely be requesting Heather again.

After the second round of visits, my 2 older and sometimes rambunctious male cats stopped hiding under the bed and were comfortable with Heather.
