Rachel was amazing! She came to do a meet and greet prior to our trip so I could give her the run down in person, and introduce her to my kiddo. Amelia does not like new people, but after the initial intro, she hung at the doorway for a bit to watch us before heading to her nap spot. Once we were out of town, Rachel sent daily updates (w/pics & vids) to keep me in the loop, and my shy girl completely adored Rachel by the end of our trip. It was so great to know Amelia was very well looked after, and it makes my heart happy to have someone I can trust to look after her the next time we head out for vacation. Rachel was an amazing cat sitter. This was my first Meowtel sitting. I am thrilled to have gotten Rachel. She was so great with my 3 kitties. I have 2 social ones and one shy one,who she lured out finally after a few tries. I felt very confident in leaving them for over a week with her. She kept me updated daily with notes and pictures. Rachel is amazing! our kittens loved her so much, Jiji isn’t one to quickly warm up to people but Jiji let her give belly rubs which is high praise. For the day that we were gone Rachel sent us so many pictures and videos of our cats playing and really made us feel like we were leaving them in great hands. 10/10 will be booking again!

Rachel was so great with our baby kitties! She sent daily check-ins and even cleaned up the mess of the knocked over plants that our littlest kitty made every day. The best thing was that our introverted orange man came out, and he normally doesn’t do that. Thanks again, Rachel!

On our initial walkthrough, it was immediately clear that she was the right fit as both cats went right to her like an old friend. She took such good care of our girls, sent fantastic pictures & communication, and even had our standoffish gal curl up in her lap for some loves - a treat typically reserved for me alone. We're so thankful to have found Rachel, knowing that when we're away, our little family is well cared for!!!

Rachel is such joy! We felt comfortable having her look after our four kittens every day. It was our first time being away from them, but she put us at ease immediately and stayed true to her word to send lots of pictures and videos! Rachel is a super friendly and bubbly person, and she is very passionate about cats. She was extremely affectionate and playful with ours, and they took a liking to her immediately. She followed all our instructions and made sure our babies were well taken care of with food, water, clean litter and cuddles. You won’t be disappointed at all when you book Rachel, she has your (and your cat’s) very best interests at heart! We look forward to having her back later this month!!

Rachel helped us so much! She was able to give eye drops to one of our girls (who can be quite difficult) and managed to make friends with our painfully shy tortie who doesn’t like strangers. Not only that, we had a family emergency and had to change the plan a bit last minute, and Rachel was extremely accommodating. We will absolutely use her again!

Rachel did a phenomenal job taking care of our two cats daily for two weeks! She went above and beyond and even offered to water our plants while we were away without being asked (and there are a lot of them)! I hope that next time we go away Rachel will be available to take care of them again!

Rachel was amazing!! We have used her twice now and I’m so impressed with her each time. She is so thorough with the questions she asks and the care that she gives to my two fur babies, Chip and Tini. Rachel seemed very comfortable with my 8 cats from the get go and my cats were immediately drawn to her (one of my cats jumped into her arms during the initial walkthrough!). She went above and beyond in showing up during the unexpected ice storm, still making it to our house despite the roads being an ice rink.
