My Pets - I love cats and dogs, and I have grown up with pets all my life. I can't remember a time when pets weren't part of my life. - I currently have two cats and a German Shepherd dog I love more than anything. They are my whole world and they make my life complete. - My two kitties names are Randy and Ronda, and my dog's name is Clover. - Randy: I adopted in 2015 in New Jersey before I graduated college. He is mostly blind and his sole purpose in life is to get cuddles and pets. He is the most affectionate cat I've ever had and will let you pet him endlessly. - Ronda: She showed up in my apartment complex parking lot in 2020 and decided to move in with me and Randy. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not
receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer
cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned
earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
