Bilbo is very apprehensive about meeting new people and will often hide in the closet if anyone new is in the house. Cynthia was a true cat whisperer - she coaxed him out of the closet and even got him to play!! She went above and beyond to engage with him and keep him happy. Cynthia took great care of Flora and Winston! I knew Flora would be hesitant to having someone new at first but I think Cynthia did a great job of getting her to warm up to her. She sent detailed updates with plenty of photos every time which was comforting. Both cats seemed happy and content when I returned. I would recommend Cynthia to other cat parents!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
