"This was my first time using Meowtel on the customer side, and I was nervous about what kind of chaos my large cat fam would cause while I was out of town, but Kara was amazing and ensured everything went smoothly! She made sure my boy Gus got his medication each evening, and spent time with all of my cats, earned the favor of a few shy babies and gave plenty of love to the more social ones. She was also thorough in checking on everyone, and successfully got photos of each kitty every single visit, even the ones who tucked themselves away! 😸 Everyone was in good spirits when I returned home and eased back into their routines with no fuss. I highly recommend Kara!"

"If you're looking for someone who will look after your kitty baby/babies with the utmost care, your search should stop here - Hunter is absolutely wonderful. Not only is he so very approachable, warm and friendly, he is also extremely attuned to what cats respond well to. When Hunter came to do our meet and greet, we were immediately impressed by the fact that the first thing he said to us was that he wanted to give our kitty boys (Bammy and Celo) some space to get acquainted with him and for them come and say hello to him when they were ready. This was particularly appreciated as we had visited the vets the day before and Bammy went through a serious anxious episode which continued for a couple of days after our vet visit. When Hunter came for our meet and greet, Bammy wasn't quite himself, hid away the whole time and did not want to be around anybody (notwithstanding that he is usually very vibrant, friendly and loves meeting new folk!). Hunter was super respectful of that and didn't try to say hello to Bammy when he wasn't ready yet, which was really appreciated. Fast forward to the first day of Hunter's visit (post-Bammy returning back to his usual self), both Bammy and Celo couldn't get enough of Hunter! They got very comfortable with Hunter straight away and we immediately knew that our boys would be well taken care of. Usually, whenever we return from work trips/vacations, we can generally tell that the cats haven't quite been themselves and, although this subsides very quickly, there is usually a small amount of anxious energy from the cats by virtue of us being away. The cherry on top is that this time, there was absolutely none of that - the boys were in fantastic spirits when we came back and both were meowing like crazy... we were convinced that they were saying "Why are you guys back, we want Hunter instead please, we prefer him!" Thank you so much Hunter for looking after our boys so well. Bammy and Celo (and of course, us too!) are really looking forward to having you back again!"

At our meet and greet I could tell how much care she gives and she took the time to get all the information she could about each of my cats before my trip. "I cannot recommend Jennifer enough. I’m not exaggerating when I say she is the best cat-sitter I’ve ever had. She kept me completely informed about my baby every single visit. It is so clear that she really cares about cats, and takes the sitting very seriously. There was even a potential fire in my complex’s apartment and after freaking out and letting Jennifer know she promptly jumped into action. Thankfully the fire was contained before reaching my unit, but Jennifer still went to check on Cricket just in case! She went above and beyond and I can now enjoy my vacation knowing Ms Cricket is being extremely well cared for."
