This was my first time using Meowtel on the customer side, and I was nervous about what kind of chaos my large cat fam would cause while I was out of town, but Kara was amazing and ensured everything went smoothly! She made sure my boy Gus got his medication each evening, and spent time with all of my cats, earned the favor of a few shy babies and gave plenty of love to the more social ones. She was also thorough in checking on everyone, and successfully got photos of each kitty every single visit, even the ones who tucked themselves away! 😸 Everyone was in good spirits when I returned home and eased back into their routines with no fuss. I highly recommend Kara!

Kara was great with our three cats! They each have very different personalities - one super shy, one sociable and cuddly, and one that is overly protective of her home and takes time to come around to strangers. Kara had no problem adjusting to each of their unique needs and making them comfortable. We also have a lot of specific instructions (different food and bowls for different cats, feeding locations, etc) and Kara handled them great. We loved getting photo and video updates with each visit. We will definitely use Kara again when we go out of town!

All three of my kitties are very shy and reclusive. I knew from the moment that Kara walked in that she would be great. She took the time to sit down on the floor and was patient to get their approving sniffs! One of my cats had recently had surgery and needed to be kept separate and given meds twice daily. Kara did an exceptional job of providing me detailed updates, pictures, and took excellent care of our pets and our plants. We will definitely book with her again.

This our second time with Kara taking care of our kitty while we were out of town and I would highly recommend her! She is reliable, responsive, and is very attentive to our girl. She keeps the bowl area spotless and even takes the time to brush her. We even had an issues with our door lock this time around and she was patient and flexible while we sorted everything out.

My four cats are very different and can be picky; two of them are elderly and require meds/special food.
