Billie was truly the best cat sitter I could have asked for. From the moment we met her, I could tell she genuinely cared about animals. My cats absolutely adored her. She played with them, spoiled them with treats, made sure they were cared for, and gave them so much love and attention while I was away. She followed every instruction I left perfectly and took such great care of my senior cat, making sure he got his medicine on time and always with food. That level of attentiveness meant so much to me and gave me complete peace of mind while traveling. She also sent regular photos and videos, which made being away from them so much easier, and her communication was incredible the entire time. I never once worried because I knew they were in amazing hands. Honestly, when I got home from my trip, it felt like my cats were disappointed it was me walking through the door instead of Billie. That’s how much they loved her. I would trust her again and again and cannot recommend her enough.

Billie is great! She sent daily summaries of activities along with pictures and videos. Our most shy cat was eating treats out of Billie’s hand the first day. everything was clean when we got home.

Billie was amazing as all of the review suggest! She came by beforehand to get the key and see where everything was located and what my cats might need. They liked her right away and let her pet them. She was familiar with the gate system my complex uses as well as all the feeders/water fountains. She sent texts when they were there with lots of photos and videos. I didn't get a lot of time to look at them but it was nice to see the photos knowing they were in good hands! She has excellent communication and made that aspect of my trip so much less stressful! I'm trying to book her again already.

She was also familiar with our automatic machines and would check everyday to make sure they functioned properly! overall a great stay. Honestly, after so many family and friends disasters it is such a relief to have Billie come and care for our six little ones. She is amazing! Motto needs his diabetes drugs every day and without worry she took care of it. Went above and beyond with numerous things. Our little feral colony of 3 got their food also and a door malfunction and a loose kitty proves how much she cares! Will use her every time we have to leave them at all.

Billie watched my 15yr old little princess, Snickers, for 10 days while I was away on vacation.
