Alli has been so incredibly great when we have had her watch our cats in the past! She always sends us videos and will stay with them for hours when we are not having her stay at the house. They get a lot of interaction and play as well and sending us daily videos and photos without us ever having to ask. Seeing her interact with our cats and her own cats when we are home always gives me all the confidence that our cats will be taken care of and loved on when we are gone. I also know that because she has had her own, she has seen it all! I never worry about our cats needing something like medication or separate diets because Alli has had to do that a lot with her own and other people’s. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
