What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I have had experience pet sitting many many of my friends and families cats throughout my life. My best pet sitting experience was when I had to hire someone while on work travel for over a month. The notes that were left by the pet sitter really hit me in a emotional positive way. And it is something I will never forget. I use the same approach when sitting for someone else

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?

First and foremost, someone that has had experience with having several cats. Also someone that has used a pet sitting service themself. Being available during your required times is very important. Finally, the level of communication wanted should be discussed and agreed upon

Are you usually available during holidays?

I will make myself available for all holidays and weekends for my clients. I will go to the home several times a day if requested as well.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
