Julie was terrific in keeping me informed through texts and posts on Weowtel. Her photos were delightful and the toys she experimented with our cat helped Koko adjust to our absence.

Julie was the first pet sitter I've ever used for my two year old cats I've had since they were kittens. She treats her profession very seriously and took diligent notes during the meet and greet and was extremely conscious of the cats behavior and made sure they were comfortable. The cats warmed up to her almost immediately and importantly she successfully administered a daily inhaler to a somewhat timid asthmatic cat which is a huge win! 100% would recommend reaching out to Julie especially if you have cats with particular needs.

Julie did an exceptional job of watching our elderly cat while we were away on vacation for a couple of weeks. Her meticulous attention to detail and constant updates made us feel completely comfortable and secure knowing that our cat was in her capable hands. Despite the fact that our cat required daily medication, Julie was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure her well-being. Julie took great care of my crew. She gave me a report out on each one daily while I was gone and sent me pictures of my social girl Penny sitting on her lap at nearly every visit. She also made sure my less social ones were accounted for and given love and attention. She was kind enough to unpack and deal with a big chewy order that came after my trip started and tidied all the scattered litter around my cat pans which I really appreciated. The cats were healthy and happy when I returned and everything was in order and as I expected. I am so thankful to have found Julie and be able to travel without worry, knowing the cats are in great hands.

Julie was very professional and after our initial meeting I had no reservations about leaving my pets in her capable hands. She was extremely communicative and we enjoyed getting pictures of our cats while we were gone. Julie even helped us with our fish and turtle and spotted and addressed an issue with a light we use for our turtle that could have resulted in a fire. I will definitely rely on Julie again to care for our pets in the future and highly reccomend her to anyone looking for petcare.
