Joanne is amazing! I’m a pet parent to an extremely anxious kitty that requires a security jumper as well as oral and topical medications. This was my first time leaving her and Joanne had Kitsy comfortable and loved while we were gone for a week. Her kind and extensive messages, pictures, and video diaries were wonderful and soothing to me and enjoyable and funny too. It’s unimaginable for me to have anyone else take care of my kitty. Coming home to a happy and healthy kitty ensures that Joanne is most definitely our permanent cat sitter. She has a wonderful spirit and radiates the love, warmth and energy required to care for even the most problematic feline personality. I can not recommend her highly enough!

Joanne is a treasure and did a wonderful job. 2 of my cats hid from her daily arrivals which was no surprise. I am very pleased to have met her. Her visit comments and pics were at times hilariously funny. She did a great job and I will refer my cat owning friends to her. Everything was left clean & neat, little details were not overlooked.

My two cats, Henry and Mango, absolutely loved Joanne. Play time was a big highlight, as viewed on the videos that Joanne sent to me each day. Her loving voice, along with lots of pets and brushing made for a wonderful experience for them. Everything was clean and in great order when I arrived home. It was wonderful to know that they were in good hands. I will definitely call on Joanne again.

Joanne did an amazing job with our four girls! She sent detailed updates, thoroughly cleaned their bowls every meal, cleaned their litter boxes (we have five!) each visit, gave them plenty of playtime, and took care of a couple vomit spots on our carpet while we were away. Joanne very clearly loves all cats! she took very detailed notes during the meet and greet and made sure to check on all the cats, even the shy ones. she sent detailed updates during her visit and described all the cat related activities as well as followed special instructions pertaining to each cat’s individual quirks. I very much appreciated Joanne’s responsive communication in the app as well! This was my first time using a cat sitter after years of being too nervous to trust anyone with my precious fur balls, but Joanne has made me a convert!

She was very prepared and took notes regarding food/treats/litter/kitty preferences. 10/10 recommend. We were grateful that she looked after our kitties while we were gone.

Great cat sitter! Joanne came into our home when she was scheduled at around 5-5:30 pm to give our kitties their dinner. She notified me that she was there and went straight to her work! She also took an adorable picture of our youngest, George, in his sleep saucer!

I highly recommend Joanne. Our cat can be difficult at times but she was able to take care of him very well. Our cat needs medicated and Joanne was able to tend to his special needs. It's not easy to find someone willing to give a cat insulin shots. Joanne knows exactly how to do that. Joanne provides excellent feedback on each session with the cat, and provides plenty of photos. She is very timely with answers to your questions. I will book Joanne in the future when we need care for our cat.

We were so lucky to have found Joanne. It was clear when we first met that she was a cat person who understands to give them their space, how to play with them, and treat them respectfully. We had no concerns at all during our trip, as each of her visits were filled with narratives about what each cat was up to, how stressed they seemed, and how she was getting to know each of them. You could tell by her updates that she enjoyed spending time with our cats, and that she was happy to be with them - from getting the shy one to come play and tiring out our crazy kitten. When we got home, you could tell all 3 of our cats were doing just fine and showed no signs of separation anxiety induced stress (which we've seen in the past). She was also kind enough to turn on the cats' heating pad, bring in the mail, turn on our lights for our houseplants, and take out the trash with her, every single day! We could just enjoy our vacation without any concern how our cats and house were doing, since everything was in good hands. If you want someone who truly speaks "cat" and will keep your cats (and you!) happy during your time away, we cannot recommend Joanne enough!.
