Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I have two kitties, although not with me in Virginia. One of them is named XiaoK, which is Small K in Chinese. The other kitty is named Bandit, when we adopted him, he had a cute white mask and gloves.

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

I plan on always communicating with the parent about their needs and wants. I make sure to have a proper written down schedule and steps whenever I see their cat. I make sure that whatever concerns and fears they may have are alleviated through proper communication and documentation.

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

I'm always careful with opening and closing doors and other entrances when around my own cats and others. I'm always paying attention if there are any potential problems or concerning health behaviors in my own cats.

What is your favorite cat toy?

I love feather toys! My cats always go crazy over them and I find that I can be active in my cat's playtime with these toys. I enjoy making my cats feel like they're a fierce hunter while playing.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

I always give timid cats their personal space! I've cat-sat timid cats before and I always give them plenty of time (and treats) to come out of whatever hiding space they may be in.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
