Jessica was absolutely amazing and great with my two cats! She was very diligent about sending updates with pictures and videos of her check-ins and made sure each cat had plenty of love and attention. My kitten has some health issues and Jessica was even able to pill her and do her dental care! I'm so grateful she was available to take care of my kids while I was away.

My second time having Jessica watch my cats went as perfect as the first time! My one very shy guy absolutely loves Jessica! He comes right out, purring and head butting her - just melts my heart! Jessica was the absolute best! I have two cats and one is afraid of every little noise and I was thrilled to see a video of him coming out for pets during Jessica's first visit! She provided me with lots of updates, including videos and photos. This was the first time I had someone watch my cats that wasn't a family member or friend, so I was a little nervous. However, Jessica made me feel like a friend/family member was taking care of them when I was away. I highly recommend her to watch your fur babies! Jessica was great with our 3 cats! They warmed up to her even though 2/3 are normally shy, and she sent a ton of photos of them eating, snuggling, and playing. She was able to give one cat her meds and made sure that each kitty got individual playtime and pets. 11/10 recommend! The cats seemed very happy and relaxed when we got home. Thank you so much!

We hired Jessica (Tacoma, WA) to catsit while we were in Hawaii. Our cat is very shy (rescue kitty) and we don't leave him alone often. Jessica took the time to update me with many daily pictures and texts! We also feed several feral cats and she did her best to make sure they had food while we were away. She is the type of sitter who goes far above and beyond what is expected i.e. left us with garbage bags because she saw we were low and bought a new cat toy for our shy boy as an attempt to get him to play. She was asked to use our portable AC (we had a few hot days), put the garbage out, open windows etc. She willingly helped us out. It's tough being 6 hours away, across the ocean, but she made it possible for us to relax and really enjoy our trip. I can't say enough nice things about her. I strongly recommend Jessica! We will definitely be using her again!

Jessica was just fantastic and even though our kitties weren’t too social she made an extra effort to engage them, take pics and text updates so we had daily updates throughout our holiday travel. She is dependable (even in crazy weather!) and easy to communicate with. We were convinced she really loves providing this service which is why we won’t hesitate to call her again.

Jess was AMAZING! She covered a week long booking at the last minute OVER CHRISTMAS when my sitter had to cancel. I loved getting pics and videos of the cats and one of my boys took a special shine to her! It was was so nice to see.

We had never heard of Meowtel and found it by searching other sites. We requested Jessica as she has cats. Most people in the USAF have to pass a background check for a security clearance and as USAF Veterans that was reassuring. During the meet and greet she was greeted by 2 of our 3 cats and asked questions and was attentive. She sent lots of photos and kept us updated on the process. We will definitely ask for her again.
