Charlotte is OUTSTANDING!! Not only did she immediately love my cats, they loved her right back! She is a natural with them and I know they miss seeing her already. Charlotte also went completely above and beyond what she signed up for - my kitten got hurt right before my international trip. She offered to check in on him more often and even had to give him 3+eyedrops DAILY! she sent so many pictures and videos and updates on how he was healing. I was able to enjoy my time away knowing Charlotte had my kitties’ backs. she is absolutely phenomenal!! I can’t recommend her enough or give her enough stars ⭐️you’d be crazy not to pick Charlotte 💞

My cats are extremely shy rescues who endured trauma as kittens are are terrified of anyone who is not me. Daphne stress vomits when I am away and they aren't the best eaters when I'm gone. Charlotte showed up at the same time each day which I appreciated. and checked each of their hiding spots to send me welfare photos. and was very patient with them in letting them know she was there but not trying to force them to interact. and while they were too spooked to let her pet them, they did eat all their food for a change. she was great about updates and super timely in responding to texts.

Charlotte was fantastic. I was nervous because we had a bit great experience with a different service, plus one of my cats is super cranky and sometimes bites. But she was really wonderful with both kitties. My cranky old lady even liked her. I knew each time she arrived, she sent lots of pics, and both cats seemed really content when we got back home. I highly recommend Charlotte- I will definitely be using her again!

charlotte is AMAZING! I have 2 cats and one of them is a bit sassy but Charlotte was amazing with him and was even able to give him medication with no problems. we also had some unexpected issues with our auto feeder and Charlotte went above and beyond to help us fix it ensuring that our boys didn’t miss a meal. she sent awesome updates as well. Charlotte is the best pet sitter I’ve ever had. don’t hesitate to book her! I can tell she loves and cares for cats so deeply!!
