I'm truly a "cat person" through & through. I've had many, many cats throughout my life (with some dogs, a flying squirrel, & a bunny thrown in over the years). I currently have a number of cats of my own, all rescues, ranging in age from 4 to about 15. I also feed several feral & stray cats that visit me at least twice a day for meals, and often throughout the day, just for some affection. I've been volunteering at a local no-kill shelter for about 4 years, where I'm part of a specialized team that works with socializing scared, traumatized cats, or cats with behavioral issues, in order to ready them for adoption. There are no words to describe the feeling of watching a terrified, untrusting soul blossom into a beautiful, affectionate little cat that gets excited when they realize someone is coming to visit with them. Catherine went above and beyond for our cats! This was the longest we've been away from our cats and were nervous about how they would handle it but Catherine was great with them. She made sure they were very well taken care of and had lots of playtime with them. They are normally very shy around new people but they warmed right up to her which does how great she was to them. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation
and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any
earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation
rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the
reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50%
of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48
hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and
the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
