Lisa was wonderful! She went above and beyond to introduce herself to our older, shy kitty before we even left for our trip. She updated us daily with pictures and allowed our cat to take her time warming up to her, developing a bond of safety and trust with our little old lady cat. She was professional and kind and even brought in a package for us that arrived while we were away. Lisa is reliable, thoughtful and kind - a great kitty sitter!

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
