"Overall, my experience was great and Trix absolutely loved her! She was actually our first overnight sitter (I think we were her first overnight stay too), and it went really well! She was very responsive, informative, and accommodating throughout the booking process. She accepted my booking last minute, did a meet-and-greet the same day I was leaving out of town, and even allowed me to edit my booking so I could come home a day early and receive a refund for that day, which I really appreciated (boooo Airbnb). The only thing, is communication could have been a little better during one visit. She had a personal matter come up (which I completely understand because life happens), but she wasn’t able to arrive during the scheduled time range and I wasn’t updated, so I was left wondering if my cat would be fed on time (she was! thanks Luz). Honestly, just a text a little bit earlier letting me know that she will probably be late to the visit because of a personal matter, but she will be there, I'd have felt more at peace. Aside from that one experience, she was amazing and I wouldn’t let it stop me from booking with her again. Trix was well cared for, and I truly appreciate how helpful and flexible she was."

I have a very temperamental cat and she was very patient with him and made sure he was well taken care of, and sent me the best pictures and videos! It made my travel stress free knowing my cat was in good hands. I'd recommend her to anyone 100%"
