Everything about my experience with Jake was great, from the communication beforehand throughout the days he took care of my three cats. He checked in regularly and sent pictures and videos. It was the first time I left my cats and when I came back and they were calm and happy. I would definitely hire him again!

Jake took care of my 2 cats, one that has asthma. I was worried about her taking her medication because she is wary of strangers. This did not scare him away and he was able to successfully give her a pill concealed in a treat. I looked forward to his daily updates and pictures which eased my anxiety. I highly recommend him.

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
