Our cat is shy and hides from strangers. Samantha laid on the floor talking to her. An hour later Astrid was out of hiding and not nearly as afraid. Samantha kept in touch via text messages, at least twice a day, and sent a daily photo, usually more than one. When we returned, we found our cat happy and content.We were totally satisfied with the care Samantha provided and her efforts to remain in contact with us daily.

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
