I’m a dedicated cat sitter, lifelong cat lover, and proud parent of two 2-year-old fur babies, Echo and Flint.
As a sitter, I pride myself on being communicative, responsible, and genuinely passionate about providing professional care for your cat. Whether your cat is social or shy, or somewhere in between, I’ll make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while you are away. You can expect me to provide regular updates, photos, and have open communication so there is no doubt your fur baby is doing well. What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I have been cat sitting for 5 years part time. In my experience, I’ve worked with a wide range of cat temperaments (social, shy, anxious, and spicy).
What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
There is something truly special about being deemed “worthy” from our cat companions. I genuinely enjoy building a bond with cats and being that trustworthy individual you can rely on to provide the “ease of mind” feeling while you are away.
What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?
When working with a new cat parent, I like to start with a conversation to make sure I am the right fit for both you and your cat. It’s important to me to learn about your cats routine, personality, preferences, and any special care instructions. I also want to ensure I have all information regarding vet clinics, medical needs, and emergency contact information. My goal is build trust through clear communication and personalized care so both you and your cat are comfortable while you are away.

Chris was so amazing with Ginger! He kept in touch with us daily and sent pictures. He kept everything so clean, washing her dishes regularly, daily litter box cleanings, and taking out the trash. Ginger was full of purrs upon our return and we could tell she was well-loved & cared for while we were away. Looking forward to having Chris back again! :-)

We had an awesome experience with Chris! We recently moved to town and when both my partner and I had to go on work trips at the same time, we were concerned about who would look after our cats in our new home. Chris quickly eased our concerns and we're excited to work with him again in the future. Chris quickly responded to our initial request and immediately worked with us to set up a meet and greet. He's very kind and showed a genuine interest in connecting with our cats and understanding their needs. During the week we were away, Chris communicated the times we could expect him to visit, let us know when he was arriving and departing, sent thorough updates, and plenty of pictures. I know this will sound cliché, but stop reading and hire Chris. I’ve had lots of pet sitters over the years, and Chris is hands down the best we’ve ever had. Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Bothell cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $32.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.
Cats are territorial animals and don't do well in new environments. The presence of other cats, dogs, and even birds in kennels or animal hotels cause an immense amount of stress. This is why Meowtel was created, so tailored in-home care is brought to you.
We recommend booking daily visits to keep your cats in their routine and help minimize feline anxiety while you're away.
