What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I have over 3 years of experience caring for cats, including cat sitting for friends, family, and clients. During this time, I have cared for cats with different personalities, ages, and needs. I am comfortable with feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter boxes, administering basic medications when needed, and providing playtime and companionship. I understand that every cat is unique, so I always take the time to learn their routine and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away.
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
Yes! I have two cats of my own named April and DiDi. Caring for them every day has taught me a lot about cat behavior, routines, and individual personalities. April is very affectionate and loves attention, while DiDi is a bit more independent and enjoys having his own space. Living with cats has helped me understand how important patience, consistency, and trust are when caring for them. Their companionship has strengthened my passion for providing loving and attentive care to every cat I look after.
What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?
When working with a new cat parent, I start by learning about their catās routine, personality, feeding schedule, and any special needs. I like to discuss expectations in advance so I can provide the best possible care. During visits, I make sure the cat is comfortable, has fresh food and water, a clean litter box, and plenty of attention based on their preferences. I also provide regular updates with photos and messages, so cat parents can relax knowing their pet is safe, happy, and well cared for while they are away.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
