Michelle was amazing not only for the 3 pop-ins on the schedule, but also with communication leading up to it! She is always prompt with responses, which is a huge stress relief when away from your pets. She sent detailed updates and lots of pictures each day, and I was able to enjoy my trip away knowing I had reliable care for my little gal. Will definitely be booking again :)

Michelle was so great with our food-fickle kitty! She just kept trying — without wasting — different food combinations to get him to come out, see her, and finally eat!
