What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

My goal is to understand the needs of both you and your animal so I can provide the best possible care.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

I think it’s important to understand the personality of the animal. For timid or anxious cats, it’s best to give them the space they need to get comfortable with you (do things on their terms).

Nicholas took care of my two kitties (9 year old brother / sister bonded pair) while I was away for a week and did an incredible job. He provided regular updates, even when I was not responsive, and I returned home to two happy campers. He was friendly, detail oriented and even proactively offered great restaurant recommendations for the city I was in. I would highly recommend Nicholas and will definitely book him again!

I can't recommend Nick enough! He took exceptional care of our two cats, including befriending our shy one, and we returned home to two incredibly happy boys. From the start, Nick was communicative, flexible with timing, and always interested in and attentive to the needs of our cats. We felt completely at ease knowing they were in such capable hands during our time away. Nick not only took care of and sent photos of our cats, but also went above and beyond by bringing in a package for us. Truly an all-around great experience. We were gone for 3 weeks, the longest trip for us needing pet care. Ninja is very much a ladies man, but Nicolas seemed totally acceptable to him. He can be picky. Great daily communication helped keep us informed. Nicolas also was aware when Ninja began to miss us. Great cat sitter!

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
