"Heather was able to navigate key pick-up with our apartment leasing office even while we were off-grid with no cell service to help coordinate. She was very communicative, giving very detailed visit summaries so we could know exactly what our kitties were up to. She followed our care instructions to the letter and went out of her way to appease our grumpy older cat, and to befriend him on his own terms. Heather is extremely professional and capable. We are very particular about our pet sitters, and I have zero complaints. I am excited to have found such a terrific sitter and I will definitely be booking with her in the future!"

It was such a relief having out fur babiy in her care and not having to worry about their safety or comfort while we were gone. Ming Ming has kidney disease and requires subcutaneous fluids 4-7x/week and Dianna came in to take care of that. She always made sure that Ming Ming was comfortable and sent such thoughtful updates about how Ming was doing and how the fluid administration went. This was my first time being away from Ming Ming since we began her subcutaneous fluids treatment and I was initially so worried to be away, but after Dianna's first update those worries dissipated beause I knew Ming was in good hands. I would absolutely rebook Dianna and I know that Ming would love to see her again!"

After trying several cat sitters since moving to the area and not being happy with the level of quality of the care provided, we are so glad to have found him. He was super personable as well as professional and took excellent care of our cat while we were away for two weeks. Chris reported everything that happened each day, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. He cleaned up a few accidents our cat had and checked to see if we had any cleaning instructions when relevant, and he did a fantastic job playing with her. When we got back, both the litter box and our home were basically immaculate, and our cat was in such a good mood, which tells me she didn’t feel lonely while we were gone. It almost kind of feels like she’s in better shape than when we left thanks to all the great exercise and playing as well, so bonus kudos for that!"
