"Kathryn was phenomenal! She is incredibly thoughtful, caring, timely, and truly in tune with cats. She hosted my cat, Kunta, while I was on vacation. He gets extremely stressed in new environments, so I was nervous, but she calmed him almost immediately and kept me updated with photos and videos, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I’ve used her multiple times since and would recommend her 10/10. She even got him comfortable wearing a harness and going on walks, something I didn’t think was possible since he would usually just flop over when I tried. Beyond boarding, her knowledge and guidance have made a huge impact. She showed me better ways to trim his nails and safely wrap him so grooming is far less stressful. Her consent-based approach to care and training made a noticeable difference in earning Kunta’s trust. When I first started working with Kathryn, Kunta struggled with over-licking that caused fur loss and frequent cuts, and he also has arthritis from a past pelvic injury, which led to muscle loss in one rear leg. After following her recommendations, the improvement has been incredible. His skin healed, his fur grew back, and he’s now running and jumping again, something he hadn’t done in years. Kunta is back to his playful, kitten-like self, and I truly credit Kathryn for that. She is an absolute gem!"

When we returned, Cooper was very calm and relaxed. Lindsay even kept track of Ray's light on his tank and took out the garbage so we wouldn't have to. Lindsay is highly organized and professional. I would highly recommend Lindsay for your future travels."

Leaving a cat with special needs can be stressful, but Ruby’s extensive experience caring for senior cat/CKD, along with her friendly and gentle approach, put me right at ease. From the first meeting, it was clear Ruby cares about details and knows all right questions to ask. I greatly appreciated how easy it was to communicate back and forth, as well as all the helpful updates. She took excellent care of my cat Bo while I was away for over a week and I didn’t have a single concern while on vacation because I felt so comfortable leaving Bo in the hands of Brooke’s care. My cat was so calm when I arrived home and I could tell that she got so much love and attention while I was away. Brooke sent daily updates with photos to keep me in the loop, which was much appreciated! To top it all off, I came home to a house that was cleaner than it was before I left, so I could just relax on my first day home. Brooke is extremely organized and professional and I look forward to working with her again during my next vacation!"
