We were very nervous to leave our cats at home while we went on vacation, but after meeting Crystal we knew that our cats would be in good hands. She was super attentive and gave us great updates and photos of our cats to let us know they were doing okay. We have two cats, one of which is super shy, and Crystal was very patient with her and didnβt force her to come out or anything. Our shy cat even started to be comfortable around Crystal the last two days which is amazing because our cat has never warmed up to anyone else besides us. Crystal went out of her way to sweep the litter in our bathroom and even offered to vacuum the carpet around our other litter box. She gave our cats lots of treats and love. We will 100% book her again.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
