Sonya was so great. both our cats warmed up to her right away. We could tell from all the photos Sonya took that the cats were relaxed and happy. She also cleaned up around the litter box and food areas before leaving. Sonya was very communicative and super responsible, bringing in our packages and stacking them neatly in the entry way.. We have already hired her again for our next trip!

Sonya took care of our cats for 8 days and did a great job! Our shy boys came out to play with her and let her brush them as well. She cleaned up some messes and sent lots of photos every day. Wonderful!

Sonya was awesome. She immediately related to our two cats and they, in turn, related to her. She is responsible and trustworthy. Each day we were away she sent us reports and lots of pictures. She played with them, made sure they were fed, their water fountain was working and litter was clean. Clearly our pets were in excellent hands. We would easily hire her again.

Made a last minute reservation with Sonya and she was quick to answer and schedule our Meet & Greet. My cat immediately warmed to her and it was comforting to get pictures and videos of them snuggling every day while I was away.

Sonya was awesome! This was my first time using the service and she put me right at ease. She took such great care of Minerva (who seemed to adore her!), was super communicative, and was kind enough to pick up my ornaments after my kitty knocked over the 🎄. She also added extra availability when I needed to change things around.

I had an excellent experience (first time using Meowtel for services). Sonja come by in advance to meet my cats and get familiar with my set-up. She asked questions I hadn’t thought to lay out, and made sure I knew the rules of Meowtel so as to not put either of us in an awkward position. She sent photos and an update daily, which was a nice surprise and made me feel incredibly comfortable during my time away. Would absolutely recommend her.

This is my fist experience with Meowtel and boy did I get lucky! Sonya was wonderful to work with - friendly, kind and responsive. My senior kitty is very cautious with strangers and she took to Sonya right away.
