When we returned, Cooper was very calm and relaxed. Lindsay even kept track of Ray's light on his tank and took out the garbage so we wouldn't have to. Lindsay is highly organized and professional. I would highly recommend Lindsay for your future travels."

During the trip, Savanna checked in and sent me pictures of Luna and let me know she warmed up and came out from her hiding place to get pets and eat everyday. She took excellent care of my cat Bo while I was away for over a week and I didn’t have a single concern while on vacation because I felt so comfortable leaving Bo in the hands of Brooke’s care. My cat was so calm when I arrived home and I could tell that she got so much love and attention while I was away. Brooke sent daily updates with photos to keep me in the loop, which was much appreciated! To top it all off, I came home to a house that was cleaner than it was before I left, so I could just relax on my first day home. We had a super last-minute trip, but even with the short notice Constance took the time to do a thorough meet & greet before we left and took such detailed notes about the cats' preferences and routine. Each day we received lovely updates about the care they received, the fun they had, and lots of pictures so we could see how they were doing. Constance also tidied and came prepared with a laser pointer so the cats were sure to have some extra fun in earning their treats each day. "Joanna was very conscientious, asked lots of questions in advance, and made sure I had a cat carrier available in case of an emergency. Joanna took good care of Mingo while I was away. She gave her lots of love and brushing and sent updates with photos each visit. Joanna was able to give Mingo her steroid pills, which required prying her mouth open and stuffing them down, not an easy feat and very much appreciated."
