"We recently went on an extended vacation, and Alexa did a superb job caring for our 7-month-old Pixie-Bob kittens. Her communication was excellent, she kept them engaged and entertained, and our favorite part was the wonderful photos she sent after every visit. The most important thing Alexa did, though, was spot a safety problem with a new cat tree we had just bought just before leaving. She noticed it wan't holding up the way it should and let us know right away. After talking it through with us, she suggested a temporary fix to keep the cats safe until we got home. Once we agreed, she took care of it and sent photos so we could see what was done. We hate to think what might have happened if she hadn't caught it. The cats could have been hurt, or our furniture damaged. Once again, Alexa gave us complete peace of mind. We came home to happy cats, clean cat dishes, a fresh litter box and vacuumed cat floor. It was as if we'd never left. We're so fortunate to have a cat sitter like Alexa, and we highly recommend her."

She made sure to send me a plethora of photo updates of my shy cats, social cats and difficult to photograph fish. She also went out of her way to take extra care to open and close windows around 4th of July so my babies could have a breeze but wouldn't be upset by neighborhood noises over the holiday. ♡ She was extremely attentive and responsive during our time away.
