I can’t thank Ruby enough for providing excellent care to my 13 yr. old cat while I was gone for a longer trip, including handling multiple meds, specific food requests, and expertly administering subq fluids. Leaving a cat with special needs can be stressful, but Ruby’s extensive experience caring for senior cat/CKD, along with her friendly and gentle approach, put me right at ease. From the first meeting, it was clear Ruby cares about details and knows all right questions to ask. I greatly appreciated how easy it was to communicate back and forth, as well as all the helpful updates. She went above and beyond to make sure Piper was not only fed and medicated, but given lots of play time and snuggles too. I will absolutely be booking Ruby again!

Ruby did a fantastic job caring for our two cats! We have two cats with very different personalities: one who is very social and loves attention and one who usually disappears the moment a stranger walks in. Ruby handled both perfectly and took the time to play and snuggle with our social cat, ensuring he didn't feel lonely, but more importantly, was incredibly patient and respectful with our shy one. By the end of the trip, our shy cat was even coming out to say hello. We also received great updates and photos. Highly recommend!

Easy to communicate with, friendly, and an overall awesome cat sitter. Ruby is amazing. I had to find a second sitter for my 3 furkids age 5, 5, and 2. We were both out of town and couldn’t do a meet and greet but we made it work. I’m glad I was able to trust Ruby with my cats and home. All warmed up to Ruby so quickly, despite two of them being shy at first! Ruby sends me detailed updates including more than 2 photos at each visit and goes the extra mile to make sure your kitties are happy while you’re away, an example of that was vacuuming and cleaning the surefeeds even when it wasn’t a required task. Will be booking with Ruby again!

Ruby did a fantastic job taking care of my fussy old lady cat for nearly two weeks. This was my first time using meowtel and Ruby made this whole experience wonderful. My cat does require two daily meds and doesn't always make it easy but Ruby won her over. Ruby provided daily updates and pics and I felt at ease that my cat was getting great care in my absence. Fanatastic experience and we could not be happier with Ruby and the exceptional care she gave to our two cats. One of our cats is getting elderly and now requires twice daily shots and the other is a rambunctious 10 month old. Ruby gave them both exceptional care and affection. Ruby has excellent communication and we were able to work out a stuck door and slightly shifted schedule without issue. I would 100% recommend Ruby to anyone needing a cat care taker!

I was extremely happy with how Ruby cared for my kitties in my home for my first Meowtel experience. I received a brief update every visit and could tell my cats were feeling relaxed and not lonely. My shy one and my grumpy older one both played. I can home to happy cats and a home with no messes or smells.
