Another great experience with Pin-An. Today was just a play date for Krayt, we lost his sister/littermate Kreia, a couple of weeks ago, and I had to be out of town for the day, so I didn’t want him to be alone for too long. Pin-An has really become his best friend at this point. He’s noticeably more playful and engaged with her than with most people, which makes me so happy. Even though this was a shorter visit, I appreciated her being available and showing up for him. When I got home, he was in good spirits and slept through most the night with me so she well tuckered him out. I’m really grateful for the care and consistency she brings every time.

This was our third reservation with Pin-An, and at this point she truly feels like an auntie to my babies. A few days after I left for Asia, she let me know there was more vomiting and bile than usual, and that my diabetic cat, Kreia, wasn’t eating enthusiastically. Because I had limited connectivity, Pin-An worked with my best friend Shae (who was my emergency contact) to get Kreia to the ER right away. At first, we thought Kreia would be able to come home that night. But just before discharge, the doctor noticed she reacted to pain in her stomach/side and did a re-exam. They determined it was either cancer or congestive heart failure, and the decision had to be made to let her rest. My phone still wasn’t connecting at that point, so my friend had to make that decision on my behalf. Pin-An chose to stay with Kreia through the end. She played music for her and didn’t leave her side. I was able to get online about an hour later, and while I am devastated I wasn’t there, I am so deeply grateful that Kreia wasn’t alone. Pin-An went far beyond anything I could have expected from someone caring for my cats while I traveled. I will always be grateful that she was there for my girl. She also made sure my other cat, Krayt, was cared for and comforted at home. He and Kreia were littermates and have never been alone, so this was his first time without her. Despite everything, Pin-An kept me updated daily on his behavior, appetite, and mood, and made sure he had plenty of playtime and attention. She sent regular photos and videos, and even FaceTimed with me so I could see Krayt in real time after Kreia died. That meant so much. When I got home, he was doing okay, and I truly believe her care made a difference. He’s even more playful now, and we’ve had lots of cuddles. Pin-An is an exceptional caretaker. I hope no one has to go through losing a pet while traveling, and I wouldn’t wish that experience on her either. But I take comfort knowing that my baby girl was in loving hands, and that my baby boy has someone he trusts. I cannot recommend Pin-An enough.

Pin-An took absolutely wonderful care of my babies, Krayt and Kreia, while I was away on a work cruise that I was very anxious about taking. Kreia was recently diagnosed with diabetes, and because of that, I had been too afraid to travel for months. Finding someone I could truly trust, especially with twice-daily insulin, was incredibly important to me. Pin-An was kind, responsive, and knowledgeable from the very beginning. After our meet-and-greet, we scheduled a paid visit so I could walk her through Kreia’s insulin routine in person, which immediately put me at ease. My cats are normally very shy, especially Krayt, who is extremely skittish. During the first supervised visits, they hid a lot, so I fully expected them to avoid her once I left, and I was nervous about insulin timing. To my relief and surprise, they warmed up to Pin-An quickly when she visited on her own. She sent frequent, thoughtful updates that helped calm my nerves so much that I eventually stopped checking the cameras because I quickly came to trust her. Seeing how comfortable Krayt and Kreia became with her, and how easily Kreia allowed insulin without much fuss, was such a huge relief. I am very protective of my cats, especially since my husband and two elder cats died, and they are the last two left of the family we built together. It means the world to me to find someone who treats them with patience, care, and genuine affection. Pin-An is attentive, playful, and communicative, and she asks questions when she notices anything unfamiliar. I truly cannot say enough good things about her. Krayt and Kreia clearly adore her, and I feel safe traveling again knowing they are in such loving, capable hands. I highly, highly recommend Pin-An to anyone looking for exceptional cat care.

Just a quick overnight trip for me, and Pin-An once again took great care of my baby boy, Krayt. They’re definitely buddies at this point, and he’s much less stubborn about eating for her than he used to be. Pin-An is also amazing at bringing out his playful side. She knows exactly which toys get him going, and he’s always completely tuckered out after her visits. I love that she sends videos and updates on how he ate, too. I always feel safe knowing Krayt is in her care.

I will absolutely write a new review for every booking. That’s how great Pin-An is, and truly, everyone should know and book her. This was just a quick two-day trip (April 18–20), about a month after we lost our sweet Kreia to heart failure while I was traveling last time. It honestly felt scary to leave again so soon, but at the same time, I knew how much Krayt loves spending time with Pin-An. That gave me a lot of comfort knowing my baby boy was in such good hands. Krayt is still adjusting to being a solo cat and isn’t used to being home alone yet, so having visits twice a day for breakfast and dinner made a big difference for him. And as always, he absolutely thrives when Pin-An is there. He plays so much with her and even does “baby spoon” cuddles, which he has only ever done with me and my late husband. That alone tells you how special she is. He’s normally very skittish, but not with Pin-An. There’s a level of trust there that you just can’t force or fake.. If you’ve read my other reviews, you already know how I feel, but I’ll say it again: she is the best caretaker I’ve ever had for my cats, and I highly, highly recommend her.

This was a shorter visit, more of a playdate, since I was going to be gone all day and Krayt has not spent much time alone since his sister died. He is still adjusting to being a solo cat, so I really appreciated Pin-An keeping him company and giving him some extra attention. She played with him using his favorite toys, and he was noticeably calm and content when I got home that evening. He definitely needed the added stimulation and companionship. Pin-An and my little Krayt-Krayt have truly become buddies, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing he is with someone he already knows and trusts.

Another great reservation with Pin-An! I cannot emphasize enough, how skittish my boy cat Krayt is nor how affection avoidant, my girl cat Kreia is. But both seem to really enjoy Pin-An and make the effort to hang out with her when she is looking after them. Krayt Krayt has become playful with Pin-An, and usually he has only been playful with me and my late husband, but hides from everyone else. From the picture and video updates I got, he enjoys playing with and sitting next to Pin-An. I’m so amazed. Kreia even comes out to inspect Pin-An a bit as well. Kreia has diabetes, and Pin-An has been managing her insulin shots while I’m gone. This is the most stressful part of my traveling, but I feel secure with her looking after Kreia’s meds. It’s been such a relief. I highly recommend Pin-An for being my 12 year old scaredy cat Krayt out of his shell and taking care of Kreia’s meds while I’m traveling.

I'm so glad I found Pin-An to care for Onyx while I was away. She made sure she understood all my instructions and asked great questions during the meet-and-greet. She also sent great videos and photos, and I knew my kitty was being well cared for. I will definitely hire Pin-An for cat care in the future.

Pin-An did a great job taking care of my 2 cats! She’s a frequent communicator which was perfect for me as it was my first experience with a cat sitter. She even managed to get to play with my cat that’s on the shy side.

Pin-An was a wonderful, compassionate, and attentive sitter who took great care of our Emma while we were out on a 1-week vacation. Pin-An is basically a cat-whisperer. She is super attentive to individual cat personalities and behavior, really enjoys their company and ensures she has all the right information to help determine if anything is amiss. She is super experienced when it comes to special needs cats or ongoing or emergent health issues, including diabetes, kidney and feeding issues. She’s experienced with cats ranging from high energy to cranky to mellow. She is super communicative with her clients and takes great pictures of our babies. She’s trustworthy and respectful of her clients homes while visiting or staying there with the cats. And honestly, she was the first person outside our home to really draw our semi-feral shy boy out of his shell. We’ve come to rely on her not just to take care of our cats when we are away but because she provides so much enrichment for them, it’s like providing them with a wonderful staycation with a favorite auntie while we travel.

I’ve been regularly using Pin-An as a cat sitter for my two kitties for 2 years now. I can honestly say she is the best cat sitter that I’ve ever had. She relates very well to my cats and understands their different personalities and needs. They are young and high energy and always comes up with new games and ways to keep them engaged. She sends updates and photos throughout the day and is sure to ask questions if there is anything that comes up that needs a little more attention. My cats love her and I always know that when she comes over they will be happy and attended to while I’m away.
