We were completely satisfied & delighted by Karla's care of our cats! Her experience in this work was obvious just from the meet and greet, and she took care of everything needed and checked in with any questions/concerns during the assignment. She was even able to take on a two-week assignment on short notice. She made friends with both cats and found ways to engage them and keep them happy every day. And she provided outstanding daily reports and plenty of photos and videos, which helped us miss our kitties a little bit less. I recommend her very highly!

I truly wish I can give more than five stars. We left on our vacation to go get married super worried about one of our three cats because he tends to be a Little bit sassy. Carla came in and showed so much genuine care for my cats. she worked for the obstacles to help mango feel as comfortable as she could. Even if he was being a bully she made sure to take care of all of the items that needed to get done. I seriously cant thank her enough.

This is the second time we book with Karla, and we couldn’t recommend her enough! She is so wonderful with our cat Miso and gives very detailed visit recaps with photos. I will absolutely continue to book with Karla and feel relieved knowing Miso is in her care.

Khleo looooves Karla. If Khleo approves, I approve! Karla is such a great personality - she’s kind, considerate, and so intuitive with my Khleo. Karla made sure to send me lots of videos and pictures and a great detailed message, every, single day; this means the world to me since my cat and I only live here on the West Coast. Karla is our preferred cat sitter, from now until always (or at least until I leave Seattle!). Thank you, Karla!!

I don't know what Karla's secret is but I've never had a cat sitter who made my cat anywhere near this happy. I have a very sweet cat who also likes to hide from cat sitters. Usually it takes several days for her to come out and even then she might only greet the sitter. My cat came out to see Karla at the end of the first day. By the time I returned, she was being a lap cat, which never happened before. She also took plenty of time to play with my cat who can be quite active and really does need playtime. She was also really good about making sure that if my cat didn't eat the previous day's wet food (she does that a lot), the old food went in the trash and she got fresh new food.

Karla was my first experience with a cat-sitter that wasn't friends or family, & she did an OUTSTANDING job of taking care of our 4 kitties on short notice while we attended a wedding out of state! I'm so glad I went with her friendly face & our kitties got excellent care! I was initially nervous to ask a stranger to wear a mask in our apartment (due to being immunocompromised) along with my request for wearing no-or-low scented products because of my allergies... but Karla immediately provided reassurance, asked what types of masks I prefer she wear, & problem-solved the scent request with ease. She made me feel understood, respected, & that I could put my faith in her to tend to our kitties' care & take the anxiety off my mind while we traveled, which she did. She made sure to run through the list of possible concerns & was very thorough & professional during the meet & greet. Karla was super responsive, asked lots of great questions about behavior, personalities, & needs of each cat, & demonstrated her clear knowledge & even better--true understanding & appreciation of cats & all their weird & amazing quirks! She sent lots of pics/videos, updates on play & food time, & details about tasks she took care of (like cleaning/refilling their water fountain for me when I forgot in the rush of packing, scooping the litter boxes, etc.). Karla was above & beyond awesome, on top of being a super cool, gentle, & calming presence that was just nice to vibe with all-around. Our 2 boy kitties warmed up to her quickly thanks to her cat introduction knowledge & she was *blessed* with the rare appearance of the 2 girls (who usually hide when they hear strangers) so they can also attest to her calm cat energy--our 4 kitties approve: 10 meows out of 10 meows!!! I also highly recommend her for your kitty care!!! :)

Karla did an amazing job! very easy to work with, made everything smooth and easy and gave me peace of mind while on my trip. my cats are shy with new people and she was able to make friends with them quickly! as good as a cat sitter gets! will absolutely book again!

Khleo and Karla got along immediately and I knew right then and there Khleo was in good hands. super speedy responses and her ability to always be kind and patient with me and all of the emergent things that happened that led to my cancelling the rest of the reservation- Karla is simply the best and yes, I will be having her as Khleo’s sitter from now on, no questions asked.

Karla is absolutely fantastic! My partner and I recently moved to Seattle and booked a trip soon after moving. Since we’re in a new city, it was important for me to make sure my cat Miso was in good hands, and I couldn’t have chosen a better caretaker than Karla. She’s incredibly detail-oriented, thoughtful, and showed genuine care and affection towards Miso. She asked great questions and made sure Miso was taken care of while we were away. I will definitely book Karla again without question and couldn’t recommend her enough!
