Josephine was a lifesaver, as always! This time our cat Jiji's tooth was bugging him and making it hard for him to eat. Since Josephine has watched Jiji for several years, she was able to help us figure out he wasn't himself, and we got him some pain meds. Her attention to his personality and willingness to flex the routine as his needs changed were incredible! We couldn't have gotten through Thanksgiving week without her.

Josephine is a pro! She took care of my 19 year old diabetic baby angel and her 2 young, healthy roommates. The usual anxiety I have about leaving them was nonexistent as Josephine sent tons of photos and videos each time she visited, including pictures of their food bowls and medication. She also sends a visit recap after she leaves. SO THOROUGH! Can't wait to book her again.

I want to start by saying that I was BEYOND anxious to leave my girls, Red and Maisie, for this trip. Red has some health issues so I wasn’t sure she’d be getting the same level of care if I wasn’t there. Finding Josephine on here and seeing how amazing she was during our meet and greet put me at ease. Both of my girls were treated like QUEENS and got the most loving care and attention from Josephine during my time away. She was incredibly thorough about her trips to see them, would always send me photos while she was at our place and even made the apartment more cat-friendly in ways I had never thought of. I was even getting litter box updates letting me know how many clumps were in each box… it was a dream come true for me as a cat parent. She made all of us feel safe and just truly went above and beyond for me and my girls. I can't recommend her enough and will certainly reach out in the future. Thank you, Josephine!!!

Josephine was truly a gift for my fiancee and I who needed an urgent cat-sitter to help care for my diabetic cat on insulin injections. Josephine was very responsive, professional, and interested in assisting in any way she could. She seemed to get along well with our cat and was able to confidently provided her much needed insulin injections while we were away. She was responsive to our messages and sent daily updates and pictures of our little one. I would love to work with Josephine again in the future and trust her with the care of my pets.

Josephine is the best of the best! I found her in a time of desperation, as our usual boarding location was completely booked for the Christmas holiday-- and I'm SO glad I did! She clearly has a true love and appreciation for the furry friends she's looks after, and I could immediately sense this during our initial meet and greet. Not only did this immediately ease my nerves about leaving my 10 year old cat, Jupiter, for about 10 days-- but it also assured me that Jupiter was in excellent hands in the unlikely case that something were to go wrong while I was away. Josephine made sure to get all the details about Jupiter's care in order, and didn't leave any stone unturned, which only highlights her experience, and her dedication to our pets. I was particularly impressed when we figured out that the key set I'd initially given her wasn't working! I was so thankful both then and now for her coming back to my apartment after our first meeting to test the set of keys prior to my leaving! I can't imagine the chaos that would have ensued had she not had that idea. While I was away, she sent wonderful pictures and videos of Jupiter along with detailed reports on any litterbox issues, apartment temperature/environment updates and overall status updates. I never once felt out of the loop, which is something I'm sure every pet parent can appreciate! Aside from the excellent care she provides, Josephine is also extremely kind and patient-- both to humans and to animals! I really enjoyed chatting with her and I knew Jupiter would pick up on her calm and positive energy. Upon my return home, Jupiter was relaxed, happy, and even seemed a little disappointed that it was me walking through the door instead of Josephine! I recommend Josephine very highly to anyone in the Capitol Hill area of Seattle who needs attentive, thorough, gentle and consistent cat care, and I'll be sure to reach out to her again when my Jupiter needs looking after!

It was such a pleasant experience to have Josephine taking care of my cat. The communication was smooth, and she’s genuinely caring for Bo (my cat). She went out of her way to buy kibbles for Bo, and built a lovely bond with my cat, who’s usually very shy towards strangers.

Josephine was the absolute best. Our cat loved her and the detailed updates and multiple videos/ photos she sent every day were amazing. Josephine even braved the infamous ice storm to take care of our cat. Highly recommend.

I truly couldn't be more grateful for Josephine. Our cat got very sick 16mo ago and this was the first time since that we'd had him cared for by anyone who wasn't family. I knew from our first meet-and-greet that Josephine would do a terrific job, and she did! I was really able to be present on our trip knowing that our cat Jiji was in her stellar care. Josephine was wonderful! She normally does diabetic cats only but made an exception for Sophie. She was very reliable and easy to work with. She was thorough and took many videos and pictures while she had her visits with Sophie. Thank you for the great care!!!

Josephine did a great job taking care of our cat Olive. From the very first meeting Josephine asked thoughtful questions to understand Olive’s regiments routine. While we were gone she gave us updated and sent plenty of photos and videos. We had zero worries knowing that she was in good hands!

Josephine was great when watching over my fur babies over the holidays! She promptly sent multiple pictures and updates when she was with them, made sure that my cat with diabetes got his meds and glucose measures done, fed both of my cats, and kept the place clean and litter boxes tidy. She was really open with communication and even had some suggestions to improve my cat's condition since she has so much experience with cat diabetes, and also she was friendly to the cats and I could see how much they were opening up to her too.
