And to complicate matters, she can be territorial while we are away making it hard to manage her health needs. Rye handled her antics like no other cat sitter has, making sure she took her medication and kept a close eye on her health condition all while reliably keeping us up to date. Typically when we go on trips for longer than a week, we come back to the cat being a nervous wreck and it takes us days to get her back settled in to her routine. "Kathryn was phenomenal! She is incredibly thoughtful, caring, timely, and truly in tune with cats. She hosted my cat, Kunta, while I was on vacation. He gets extremely stressed in new environments, so I was nervous, but she calmed him almost immediately and kept me updated with photos and videos, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I’ve used her multiple times since and would recommend her 10/10. She even got him comfortable wearing a harness and going on walks, something I didn’t think was possible since he would usually just flop over when I tried. Beyond boarding, her knowledge and guidance have made a huge impact. She showed me better ways to trim his nails and safely wrap him so grooming is far less stressful. Her consent-based approach to care and training made a noticeable difference in earning Kunta’s trust. When I first started working with Kathryn, Kunta struggled with over-licking that caused fur loss and frequent cuts, and he also has arthritis from a past pelvic injury, which led to muscle loss in one rear leg. After following her recommendations, the improvement has been incredible. His skin healed, his fur grew back, and he’s now running and jumping again, something he hadn’t done in years. Kunta is back to his playful, kitten-like self, and I truly credit Kathryn for that. She is an absolute gem!"

Ming Ming has kidney disease and requires subcutaneous fluids 4-7x/week and Dianna came in to take care of that. She always made sure that Ming Ming was comfortable and sent such thoughtful updates about how Ming was doing and how the fluid administration went. This was my first time being away from Ming Ming since we began her subcutaneous fluids treatment and I was initially so worried to be away, but after Dianna's first update those worries dissipated beause I knew Ming was in good hands. I would absolutely rebook Dianna and I know that Ming would love to see her again!"

"This was our third reservation with Pin-An, and at this point she truly feels like an auntie to my babies. A few days after I left for Asia, she let me know there was more vomiting and bile than usual, and that my diabetic cat, Kreia, wasn’t eating enthusiastically. Because I had limited connectivity, Pin-An worked with my best friend Shae (who was my emergency contact) to get Kreia to the ER right away. They determined it was either cancer or congestive heart failure, and the decision had to be made to let her rest. My phone still wasn’t connecting at that point, so my friend had to make that decision on my behalf. Pin-An chose to stay with Kreia through the end. She played music for her and didn’t leave her side. I was able to get online about an hour later, and while I am devastated I wasn’t there, I am so deeply grateful that Kreia wasn’t alone. Pin-An went far beyond anything I could have expected from someone caring for my cats while I traveled. I will always be grateful that she was there for my girl. She also made sure my other cat, Krayt, was cared for and comforted at home. He and Kreia were littermates and have never been alone, so this was his first time without her. Despite everything, Pin-An kept me updated daily on his behavior, appetite, and mood, and made sure he had plenty of playtime and attention. She sent regular photos and videos, and even FaceTimed with me so I could see Krayt in real time after Kreia died. That meant so much. When I got home, he was doing okay, and I truly believe her care made a difference. He’s even more playful now, and we’ve had lots of cuddles. Pin-An is an exceptional caretaker. I hope no one has to go through losing a pet while traveling, and I wouldn’t wish that experience on her either. But I take comfort knowing that my baby girl was in loving hands, and that my baby boy has someone he trusts. I cannot recommend Pin-An enough."

"This was our third reservation with Pin-An, and at this point she truly feels like an auntie to my babies. A few days after I left for Asia, she let me know there was more vomiting and bile than usual, and that my diabetic cat, Kreia, wasn’t eating enthusiastically. Because I had limited connectivity, Pin-An worked with my best friend Shae (who was my emergency contact) to get Kreia to the ER right away.
