Nuha was super respectful of my shy girls, giving them space to get comfortable. They ensured that my super shy kitty got fed and got my slightly less shy cat to play. Overall I had an excellent experience!

From the very first visit, it was clear how attentive, gentle, and genuinely loving she is with animals. My cat absolutely adored her — he warmed up surprisingly fast, played with her enthusiastically, and felt completely comfortable in her presence. She was extremely responsible and consistent with updates. Every day, she sent me thoughtful messages along with photos and videos that eased my mind and made me feel connected to my little one while I was away. She didn’t just “check in”—she engaged, played with him, monitored his behavior, and made sure he felt emotionally supported, not just fed. When I came home, I could immediately tell he had been well cared for. His routines were stable, he wasn’t stressed, and he even left some of his favorite toys by the door — a sign he felt safe and loved while I was gone. Nuha truly treats your pet as if they were her own. I highly, highly recommend her to any cat parent looking for someone trustworthy, compassionate, and deeply attentive. I will absolutely be booking her again!

my auto feeder malfunctioned halfway through the visit and I removed a star because Nuha didnt troubleshoot very much and just left without ensuring my pet had food for the next day. more attention here would’ve been better. I had to emergency call a friend to figure it out. likely won’t use again.
