Lisa always goes above and beyond. Our two boys love her. It’s a treat for them when she comes to visit! This particular time when Lisa came, she updated my husband and I that it looked like the power went out. She stayed longer to find the circuit breaker box and made sure everything was on (especially the AC since it was a hot day) before she left. It looks like she even reset our clocks for us! ON TOP OF THAT, she brought toys for our boys to choose from and keep! Binx loves his new mouse. Lisa always leaves our apartment super clean and tidy and sends us so many photos and videos, which we love!

I could not recommend Lisa enough! I have never used a pet sitting service and was anxious for both myself and how my cat would react and Lisa made all my fears go away. After our meet-and-greet, I already knew she was going to do an excellent job with my cat. She took notes, asked questions, and ensured she knew as much as possible about my sweet girl (who can be rather particular!). My cat even greeted Lisa, which is really a testament to her cat-whispering powers. While watching my cat, Lisa kept me fully updated with photos and videos, and even brought extra goodies for my cat. It was such a huge relief knowing my little girl was in such good hands, and I could tell how much fun she was having! I will absolutely be hiring Lisa for all of my pet sitting needs. :)

Lisa was amazing with my 4 cats! I had a rough week leading up to traveling, and Lisa totally made me feel comfortable and safe to leave my favorite beings in her care! She gave loving attention and space to each of my cats, while tending to their food, medicine, and litter needs. Lisa took amazing care of our home, and even tackled an unforeseen ant situation from a broken seal on one of my girls’ automatic feeders. Lisa sent informative updates, pictures, and videos when arriving to the house each day, which brought me a lot of comfort! I highly recommend Lisa!

Lisa is so incredibly thorough and professional with her visits. She meticulously documented each visit with pics and video. She looked for (and found!) additional tasks without being asked like cleaning and refilling the dog water bowl because the cats sometimes drink out of it (dog was boarded/not home).

This was my first time using a cat sitter from an app and Lisa was incredible! I was able to enjoy my vacation with family for the holidays without worrying about my kitties being lonely or not eating. The power for my building went down one of the days I was gone, and Lisa was so reassuring and provided plenty of updates. Even with that totally unexpected hiccup, I knew everything would be okay. Lots of video updates also helped me feel at ease, and even my hyper skittish kitty was eating her full meals! Could not have wished for a better experience. 😸

This is the second time Lisa has watched my fur baby and I don’t think I can even explain what an incredible gem of a human she is! Lisa goes completely above and beyond any possible expectations you could have and then some. Not only will she love your baby like her own, she also brings immense peace of mind by sending so many photos and videos, as well as updates on food, litter box, and confirming doors are locked and secure when she leaves. She even watered one of my plants that was lookin extra thirsty and leaves the greatest lil welcome home surprises when I get back. When I was new to the area she also left me some recommendations around town 😭🙌🏼 Truly I cannot express what an angel Lisa is. Saying Lisa is amazing is an understatement. Our baby boys opened up to her instantly (even our shy boy). She talked to them, played, gave them belly rubs and brushes. She sent so many videos and photos of our babies which we always looked forward to while away and she was very respectful in our home. 1000% recommend.

Lisa was amazing. She was so thorough—during a Meet and Greet she brought a note pad, asked all the right questions, and my cats loved her. She even brought them a little mouse toy each! During my time away, one of my cats was acting out of character and hissing at her (fireworks were crazy) which made me super nervous. She was so reassuring, patient, and continued with incredible service the whole time. She was also flexible with a slight medication change. She sent pictures of everything, helped with my plant lights, cleaned the litter boxes every day, etc.
