Lisa is so incredibly thorough and professional with her visits. She meticulously documented each visit with pics and video. She looked for (and found!) additional tasks without being asked like cleaning and refilling the dog water bowl because the cats sometimes drink out of it (dog was boarded/not home).

This was my first time using a cat sitter from an app and Lisa was incredible! I was able to enjoy my vacation with family for the holidays without worrying about my kitties being lonely or not eating. The power for my building went down one of the days I was gone, and Lisa was so reassuring and provided plenty of updates. Even with that totally unexpected hiccup, I knew everything would be okay. Lots of video updates also helped me feel at ease, and even my hyper skittish kitty was eating her full meals! Could not have wished for a better experience. 😸

Saying Lisa is amazing is an understatement. Our baby boys opened up to her instantly (even our shy boy). She talked to them, played, gave them belly rubs and brushes. She sent so many videos and photos of our babies which we always looked forward to while away and she was very respectful in our home. 1000% recommend.

Lisa was amazing. She was so thorough—during a Meet and Greet she brought a note pad, asked all the right questions, and my cats loved her. She even brought them a little mouse toy each! During my time away, one of my cats was acting out of character and hissing at her (fireworks were crazy) which made me super nervous. She was so reassuring, patient, and continued with incredible service the whole time. She was also flexible with a slight medication change. She sent pictures of everything, helped with my plant lights, cleaned the litter boxes every day, etc.

Lisa is always our first choice for sitting our two fur babies! She goes above and beyond and sends us all the videos and updates so there is absolutely no stress when my husband and I are away. Great communication! She even left us a welcome back sign and kitty stickers! So cute!
