Dakota took care of my cat Sugar during a week long vacation I planned to take. He was great! He didn't just do the bare minimum of keeping her fed, clean, and healthy, he also took the time to coax my shy baby out of her hiding spots and get to know her. He updated me everyday by sending me photos and even sent me videos of my cat having fun and playing. It's rare that she is so willing to come out and meet someone new, so I was shocked and happy to see her having so much fun around him. Now I have Dakota cat sit for me whenever I can and he always does a wonderful job of taking care of my Sugar!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
