Rachael is wonderful! This was our second time with Rachael, we were gone for 9 days and we loved seeing the messages and pictures daily. She is so accommodating with times of visits, and even checked with us that our arrival home wasn't delayed in case we needed her for another visit. Our trip was so much more relaxing knowing our cat was well taken care of.

Rachel was amazing with my cats! They’re not always the easiest to care for but she handled everything with ease, going above & beyond what I expected. Even with my kitty that isn’t always nice to new people! Her updates were awesome and I can tell my kitties had a lot of fun with her. I will definitely be booking with her for future trips!

We were very impressed with Rachael! I have a cat that greets people but does not normally hang around and immediately rub up on their leg, it was obvious that Rachael is a cat magnet! Her communication was excellent! She came over to meet us and even took notes. She sent pictures which showed me that my cat was comfortable and playful with her while we were gone. Right after we left we received a notice that a package arrived, I asked Rachael to take that in the house when she came for her visit later that day, but she made a special trip so we wouldn't worry about the package, wow!!!! I highly recommend Rachael!
