Renee did a fantastic job! She was patient and quickly won over my shy kitty and was able to give him his topical medication. She was super communicative and willing to adjust plans in the face of a snowstorm and travel delays. She also took some very cute photos 😸 I would absolutely hire her again!

Renee is kind, caring, hardworking, respectful, cat loving, and the best cat sitter I’ve ever had! She would keep me updated on how my 2 cats were doing. Was very respectful of my home, and make sure everything looked clean. She also was very good with playing and being there for feedings on time. She’s everything I wanted in a cat sitter plus more. She recently moved away and I’m heartbroken and would love to have her back but I’m glad she can be there for others.

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
